After aging in barrels for 18 months, we were able to create a nice blend of Pinot to make this Cuvée. A selection of five barrels from the cellar was blended and left to age for another six months.
After 24 months in French Oak, the blend was bottled, resulting in a wine that shows fabulous earth aromas and scents of spices, backed by remarkable raspberry and cherry notes. The mouth feel of this wine is soft throughout, which a nice lengthy finish and displays wonderful fruit flavors.
