Our two Pinot Gris blocks were harvested a week apart and then fermented separately. We take great care in how the grapes are harvested, starting with clean fruit in the vineyard. We ferment the two harvests with different strains of wine yeast to create unique flavors that are later blended as one.
The finished wine is bright with aroma of candied citrus and stone fruit, along with a mouth feel that is filled with fresh fruit, followed by a nice, long, bright finish.
